Add Vue Text Summarization Example

Adds a new Vue.js example demonstrating text summarization. It uses Transformers.js and the Xenova/DistilBART-CNN model.

Changes:

• New Vue App (vue/): Complete text summarization application
  • Web Worker for model inference
  • Progress tracking UI
  • Streaming output

Usage:

cd vue && npm install && npm run dev

You can structure it like https://huggingface.co/spaces/webml-community/Supertonic-TTS-WebGPU/tree/main and add the app_build_command and app_file elements to the metadata to build the space while keeping the source code available, like this.
