Raise deprecation warning for Python 3.9.
This PR raises a clear runtime warning when the library is used with Python 3.9, which will reach its official end-of-life on October 31, 2025.
The warning is raised at import time to notify users early that support for Python 3.9 will be dropped in the next release.
