It should no longer be necessary now that we have `hy_inspect`.
This is what I get for not checking the plain-Python equivalent first.

@atisharma Turns out that what I thought was a bug in Hy is a, shall we say, curiosity of Python 3.12; see the commit about
test_pdb_ll.
