Other Changes
- Resolved error when creating a new group (“Please enter a group name.”).
- Chrome apps now show the correct tooltip instead of “chrome_proxy”.
- Removed AppGroupBackgroundClient.
- Groups folder moved to Local AppData for installer compatibilty.
