Add the differential heating driven cavity

There is quite a bit left to do on this one:

• validation testing scripts based on low Ra data
• decide if only checking in Newton or also linear FV. same for 2D vs 3D
• get the additional treatments merged in MOOSE: buoyancy correction, relaminarization, ?
• add documentation and plots
