Summary of Changes
Hello @jmetzger, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request addresses a user experience issue by making the Hextra shortcodes documentation readily accessible through the sidebar navigation. Previously, these pages were hidden, requiring users to rely on search to find them. This change enhances the usability of the documentation by ensuring important content is easily discoverable.
Highlights
- Documentation Visibility: The Hextra shortcodes documentation pages are now configured to appear in the sidebar navigation, improving their discoverability.
- Configuration Change: The "sidebar: exclude: true" directive has been removed from the front matter of the Hextra shortcodes documentation files across multiple languages.

Code Review
This pull request correctly makes the 'Hextra Shortcodes' documentation pages visible in the sidebar by removing the sidebar.exclude: true property from their frontmatter. This change addresses the problem described and improves the discoverability of these pages for users. The modification has been applied consistently across all language versions of the document, and the implementation is clean and correct. No issues were found in this change.

Thanks for the PR! This was actually intentional, these are internal Hextra shortcodes, and I avoided putting all shortcodes in the sidebar since they’ll likely be grouped into a dedicated section later. |

Fully get that. But being a starter, working on a project, it was really painfull, because everytime i wanted to use the specific hextra codes, it was hard to figure out (over and over again) where to find them. Eventually I used the search, but doing it like so, it was not handy... and it slowed down the usage. (And i found that the hextra shortcodes where the most important ones) |
That hextra-shortcodes are not in the sidebar.
This is annoying, when you are working on a project, because you can only find it through the search.
