This should hold demo instructions which would otherwise be scattered on various forks of components realizing this.

Having a dedicated place in the
ouroboros-leiosrepository should allow us to align on means to run and iterate on these demo setups more freely, also providing instructions to different user groups.This contains already the instructions as authored by @nfrisby with the additional architecture diagram I created (for 2025-11) demo:
