Uses the Docusaurus & MDX functionality to make the Transco page more attractive and easier to navigate. This PR removes duplicated sentences and an invalid screenshot, places certain sections in admonitions and hides others in <details/> tags to show upon the viewer's request.

For some strange reason, the broken links were not showing during PR CI
builds, but only during halting the deployment. This PR fixes the broken
links to the converted Transco v2 `.mdx` file.

During the change in #373 , the v6 migration guide was not fully updated with the new fragment links.
