Updated documentation to specify that the scope must be named access_as_user, ensuring correct naming during configuration.

If the name is different the dashboard will give this error:

The application 'xxxx' asked for scope 'access_as_user' that doesn't exist.

Updated documentation to specify that the scope added with Admin and user consent must be named `access_as_user`, ensuring correct naming during configuration.
