PLEASE be aware that this is not a normal open source project, but rather the files that comprise a website being ran as a public service. No right to redistribute these files is granted, but you may use them for the purpose of making improvements and submitting them back to us. See COPYING for more information.
Otherwise, please do not create mirrors of the site, thanks.
Virtually all the documents on irchelp.org start out as textfiles, using Markdown to apply simple formatting, such as linking to URLs. Submissions in this format are the easiest for us to work woth.
Complete IRCHelp.org contributor's guide
- / - contains all content files - most live in /irchelp for now
- posts/ - contains all blog posts to be processed as news items
- assets/ - contains all images and other assets
- img/ - contains images from before the July 2016 site reorg, to avoid breakage
- _scripts/ - contains build scripts
- _site - formatted content after being processed by jekyll, you'll only have this if you attempt to build the site locally
