This seems to miss the "Find users" in the Admin event management section "Add users to booking". Was there any pattern to the buttons that we could search for to find other instances?

Ah, I fixed that on a different branch (here) and didn't think to cross-check with this PR. I'm fairly confident the other branch has them all covered with the exception of some modals (which are more complicated), but I'll change this one on this branch for completeness.
