feat: persistent accounts in guest mode

• Guest accounts are created upfront and saved locally until upgraded into full accounts. They are reused until upgraded.
• createAccount.eoa has been added to the createAccount wallet_connect capabilities, allowing to create an account from a given key.
• Make sure the state is synced accross dialog instances (e.g. when the account is created in the popup, but following transactions are in the iframe dialog).
