- nf-core/reportho, a pipeline for comparative analysis of ortholog predictions
- Microscreen, a system for early colorectal cancer detection with metagenomics and machine learning
My past projects:
- ND280 DL classification, a project to improve ND280 particle classification with various DL models
- Evo 2 annotation analysis, a project to assess the potential of enhancing genome annotation with the Evo 2 LLM
My contributions:
- nf-core/multiplesequencealign, a pipeline to run and systematically evaluate MSA methods
I create indie video games in Unreal Engine 5 under the name Vistula Development.
The video game Track Racer. Early access expected in 2026.
