As suggested by @jannickfahlbusch in #43, this patch checks for the hostname + username combination in the config_flow, instead of hostname only.
Tested on my instance with Bayernwerke and two accounts for the same smart meter.
A comment on the current error handling in the config_flow: HASS development document suggests using a device_unique_id as per Managing Unique IDs in Config Flows. I haven't touched the current error handling in the config_flow (which IMHO doesn't really matter).
