Fix dist files to actually contain the right version of the scripts.

Note: This is a beta release and is bound to have issues. Tests have been created to better ensure the quality of the code but some cases may not have been covered. If you run into issues, please create a new issue on GitHub and specify version 2.0.0-beta.3.
