Refactor `KubernetesNodeContext` to make it public for extensions to make use of `ContainerExecDecorator`. This refactor introduces a new method `getPodResource()` to get access to the associated `PodResource` from the client. This reduces the need for direct access to `KubernetesClient` and the `connectToCloud()` method.
