SNOW-1803598: Add hard coded AWS secret key mask

Add logic to mask AWS secret keys from pipeline output.

This is the first part of https://snowflakecomputing.atlassian.net/browse/SNOW-1803235

Testing done

Uploaded plugin to ci-dev-181 and tested with several pipeline jobs.
