exdate and recurrence dates were not converted same as start/end
start/end converted wrong..
I need some help on testcases
I need to extract the contents of parsed events to check them
mostly these are timezone edge cases.
but a couple for merging events (exdate and recurrence)
I am NOT ready to make a formal submission.
but want others to test this PR
to do that do
