chore: update jest-watch-typeahead to support Jest 30

Summary

Update jest-watch-typeahead to support latest Jest version, which is Jest v30. Jest maintainers primarily maintains said module so the update is safe, supply-chain-wise.

In addition, update the repo URL for one of the community Jest watch plugin.
