This PR introduces initial TypeScript migration of jitsi-meet-spot by adding various configuration changes and converting app.js to app.tsx
This is a sample migration to demonstrate feasibility and set up the groundwork for a broader TypeScript migration across the codebase.
Addresses issue #1143
