Don't add to changelog, this is a continuation of the Always Show Post Options rewrite

I've just pushed my last commit I think for this version, although I need to update the readme and locales. If you find any bugs or want to update anything else, add it to this PR and I'll pull when you're ready. I'll try and publish this version at the weekend! :)

No bugs so far... so before I leave I decided to apply the custom corner radius to the rest of the interface + some small tweaks :)

- Temporarily removed Edit comment button from Auto Show Comment Options because it doesn't work outside the overflow menu
- Applied custom corner radius to more elements throughout the interface
- Move the sort buttons away from main.main and change expandContent to reflect
- Reddit has a new subreddit wiki design for some subreddits...
