This PR updates bevy-trait-query to work with bevy 0.17

  • this also formats the Cargo.toml files a bit

* chore: use '_ for elided lifetimes

* chore: bump criterion version

* chore: bump bevy 0.16.0 -> 0.17.1

* chore: fix all the compiler errors

* chore: fix all the failing tests (generation now starts at 0 instead of 1)

* chore: allow unsafe stuff in debug code

* style: cleanup `Cargo.toml`s again
