This adds support for ElectronicCats Wi-Fi Marauder Flipper Add-On

TX1andRX1pins need to be changed. So Serial communication works again and we can write.pcapfiles successfully.esp Arduino Core needs to be changed from
2.0.10to2.0.11also.
