Adds support for getting IPs from multiple sources, resolves #14

Currently planned APIs:

https://www.ipify.org/ - Has separate IPv4 and IPv6 targets
https://www.my-ip.io/api - Has separate IPv4 and IPv6 targets
https://www.myip.com/api-docs/ - Has IPv6 support (AAAA records), but unknown which is returned

Still thinking:

https://ipstack.com/product - Requires an API key (free up to 10k requests/month), appears in some DNS blocklists
https://seeip.org/ - Appears in some DNS blocklists

Todo:

Finish pulling IPs from all sources
Add an optional flag - switch between these two:
- check that IP is same for all sources
- failover when some service is down
