The purpose of this PR is to multiply all requests to the
rtbendpoint by 5 in order to stress test.This is achieved by creating 4 additional requests to the
rtbendpoint for every request to Prebid Server.The impression object is copied and the ID is modified to include a string prefixed with "sparg". The response is then excluded from the bid responses that are delivered by Prebid Server.
