This PR is in response to #63 and #130. For the desktop requester, it replaces the dependency on
locale_config, which appears to be abandoned, and replaces it withsys-locale.This change fixes a panic I was seeing when depending on
i18n-embedon MacOS.Important Notes:
locale_configis not entirely eliminated from the dependency tree asgettext-rsdepends on it.
