Goals

  • Figure out where the team will live (organizationally), and any other stakeholders the team will need to interact with.

Questions/assumptions

Who is the executive stakeholder for this team?

With whom will these resources need to interact to be successful?

Process

Meetings/workshops

  • Workshop to determine and refine the assumptions on how the digital services team will work. It will answer the following questions: What does success for this team look like? What kinds of projects will the team work on?

Deliverables

  • An organizational chart that shows where the team sits at the partner agency, and how it's initial members are organized.

  • A list of clear success metrics for the digital services team.

  • A brainstormed list of the potential problems the digital services team can work on.
