"Transforming clinical insights into data-driven solutions"
Hi, I'm Sol Kim. I spent 8 years as a surgeon, handling critical cases and analyzing complex medical data in the OR. Now, I've traded my scalpel for Python to solve problems at scale with AI and Data Science.
Currently, I am a stay-at-home dad to my daughter Yunseul, learning to code during her naps, and building applications that help people.
- ๐ญ Iโm currently working on: KidsFever (Antipyretic Dose Calculator) & Medical RAG systems.
- ๐ฑ Iโm currently learning: LLM Application Development, Next.js, and Advanced Data Engineering.
- ๐ฅ Clinical Expertise: Trauma Surgery, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine.
A web application to help parents calculate the correct antipyretic dose for their children.
- Problem: Parents often struggle to calculate the correct dose of fever medication (Acetaminophen/Ibuprofen) for their kids.
- Solution: A simple, mobile-friendly calculator that considers weight, age, and medication type.
- Tech: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
