Starting to populate this a bit with github teams that reflect the roles in the Kokkos Kernels repo. We should clean-up the teams first but that at least gets us started? We might want to change the name of these teams as well to have something uniform as discussed in the leads meeting.

What Kokkos Kernels "Core" by the way?

The "Core" does not mean anything to me and I don't know who decided on it?
We would want these pages to be public. Is the Kokkos Kernels page for the developers team public or are all the team pages private?

I don't think it can be public, these are like settings on the Kokkos org
