Updated GitHub Actions workflow and composer.json to include Laravel 12 and Testbench 10 compatibility. This ensures the project is tested and works with the latest framework versions.

I see laravelcollective-html is not compatible with Laravel 12 |

There is a PR for that too: rudiedirkx/laravelcollective-html#2 but somehow no tests. I don't have L12 time yet, so I can't look into it. You can make another PR, including GH Actions config, maybe that one works... |
