Thanks again for the great work. I'm wondering if we should change anything in modisco workflow for RNAs? should we just set revcomp FAlSE? I'm asking this because of the concern issued in the paper in the 4.1.1 Coarse-Grained Affinity Matrix Computation section.

issues. Yes, setting revcomp to false is the only change made when applying
deeplift to RNA sequences
