Also tries to remove as many imports as possible, to improve parallel
compilation. Also adds `Main.v` to the build/CI.
TODO: Simplify further by reversing the order of our checks.
Adds Lemma M6.1.
Prove some external lemmas that are helpful.
Note: The `lma` tactic works great for proving matrix equalities where
we don't need to unfold the matrix values themselves.
Added section 6 lemmas.
