Lensing v0.2

This release features Windows and Mac executables of the cycif_viewer with lensing functionality for focus=context based exploration.
Features (for now):

• Import data
• Zoom and pan in image
• Select channels and color mapping
• Explore the image with different lensing option (see wiki for lensing key shortcuts)
• Lensing filters include: lens basics (change size, shape), magnification (zoom, fish-eye, plateau), image based filters (threshold, invert, sobel edge,..), single cell data filters (show marker histograms, segmentation, ..), multiplex/multimodal features (show different channels in lens and outside), image-based histogram search (search for similar regions)
• Take snapshots an annotate them
