Include framework updates from Run3 branch

Several updates and improvements on the framework PostProcessing step:

• Include Sites_cfg.py where any user can define the output path, redirector, or temporal directory
• Include Histo1D and Range functions in mRDF.py
• Use the awkward version of Snapshot function to save the output files
• postprocessor.py: Use TMPDIR of the HTCondor node as temporal output directory to avoid memory issues in AFS or EOS. Take the information from Sites_cfg.py
• Include 2022 and 2023 data and MC campaigns

Thank you @BlancoFS for preparing this pull request. There are some changes to the core of the code and to some basic instructions, and I would ask @giorgiopizz to cross-check them. For example:

• install.sh
• In Steps_cfg.py, is it possible to have one single module definition, e.g., for lepSel, as in UL? We should use something like RPLME_CMSSW, if possible. This would make the configuration file shorter and clearer.
• mRDF.py
• processor.py
