When present (i.e., when an email is sent to feedId+showsender@hostname), the feed entry's title will be formatted like "<sender>: <subject>"

Borrowing a concept from Read Email Later, this adds support for passing parameters via plus-addressing and implements a
+showsenderparameter to format feed entry titles like "<sender>: <subject>"
