Updates stacking card
Context: desktop wallet has grown old and unmaintained. The environment to build the wallet, once working, has aged badly. New requirements to code signing, unaddressed, means the apps are currently unsigned. As the respective operating system requires native packages to be built, pre-build binaries are used, that depend on a third party API.
Most recently, the notarising library used for the macOS build has been deprecated, now breaking the build.
