QuasarQPImporter Plugin

Plugin to import Quasar questions to ILIAS question pool.

Quick Installation Guide

1. Download the zip file from this page.

2. Unzip the file and copy the content of the folder in <ILIAS_directory>/Customizing/global/plugins/Services/UIComponent/UserInterfaceHook/QuasarQPImporter

3. Access to ILIAS and open the administration menu.

4. Select "Plugins" in the menu on the left.

5. Look for the QuasarQPImporter plugin in the table and hit the "Action" button and select "Update".

6. When ILIAS update the plugin, hit the "Action" button and select "Activate" that will appear instead of the "Update" link.

7. Hit the "Action" button and select "Refresh Languages" to update the language-files.

8. Now, you are allowed to import Quasar XML question files in the repository:

   • Visit the "Repository home"
   • Click "Add New Item" button
   • Select "Question Pool Test" in the displayed menu.
   • Choose "Option 4: Import QUASAR Question Pool Test" and upload the file as usual.
