LMACs local machine setup

I figured it was time to put my local setup behind ansible. Even if I don't re-use this very often in it's totality, atleast my dependencies will be documented.

Assumptions

• You're running some kind of Debian based distro (using Ubuntu here)
• We share the same username :P
