Could you update the runner to windows-2022 for windows in GitHub actions? The 2019 isn't supported anymore and makes the CI fail.

Windows Server 2019 has been retired and removed as of 2025-06-30.
This change updates all Windows CI jobs to use windows-2022 runners
to fix the failing CI builds.

Done, updated to 2022

…n paths

Visual Studio on Windows Server 2022 is installed in 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio'
instead of 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio'. Updated the PowerShell script
to check both locations to ensure compatibility with all Windows runner versions.
