  • Use modern Go versions.
  • Use the current name of the softhsm package in ubuntu (softhsm2)
  • Switch from GODEBUG=cgocheck=2 (unsupported, errors out) to the newer GOEXPERIMENT=cgocheck2

Fixes #40.
