• Maybe changing the location/structure to fit in with the new docs structure.
• The example repo https://github.com/ritza-co/letta-customer-specific-agents-starter.git being copied to https://github.com/letta-ai/customer-success-crm-starter.git, or we need to update that link to where the example repository will live
• The <Frame> component at the top of the article contains a placeholder video ID https://www.youtube.com/embed/PLACEHOLDER_VIDEO_ID. This depends on uploading the video file assets/customer-specific-agents-demo.mp4to YouTube and replacingPLACEHOLDER_VIDEO_ID` with the actual video ID.
• There is an issue with Exa currently where only MCP two tools are being exposed web_search and code_context. Usually there should be other tools available like linkedin_research and company_research. This guide assumes these tools work. Without these tools this guide still works it just uses web_search tool for company research etc, so readers will still be able to get the same result even if the issue persists, but we should update the guide if the issue remains.
