Simplified `xbow:if`, calls the $then function if $test returns true(), but always returns $item if not.
- add xbow:attribute-ns#3 - refactor xbow:wrap-element to allow wrapping contents in namespaced elements
`xbow:items-at(item()*, xs:integer*)` returns the items of a sequence at given positions. Related xquery4 spec: qt4cg/qtspecs#249
