Description:

#958
A modification of the code-server-python3 mod with Poetry bundled for dependency management

Benefits of this PR and context:

Allows for using Poetry for dependency management when using code-server for programming in Python

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested by deploying my own build of the mod and creating the code-server container with the mod in DOCKER_MODS
