leverages lib django-guest-user to add guest user signup and conversion to regular account. Closes #ST-32, #ST-33, #ST-34

@arc64 when you have a minute, would really appreciate if you could check this branch out locally and sanity check that your styling changes all still look good! it's just a squash so they should be, just don't want to revert anything while testers could be actively looking at dev |

When I merged I didn't squash @arc64's commits, so this squashes everything from that commit into 1 while preserving the commits that came after it.
