When two popups are specified with
--idbut without--name, even if they have different IDs, the internal name used to identify each falls back todefault. This results in a name conflict and potential incorrect toggle behaviors. To resolve this, this PR modifies@popup-toggleto use the specified ID as the identifying name. Moreover, with this PR, if--nameis specifed, it will be ignored silently.
