These logs provide valuable context for when the microservice was used and how complete its results are.
The old config pulled LATISS visits that are not compatible with our current calibs. The modified config uses more recent visits, and also uses the new repo aliases.

This PR adds logging that would be useful for debugging the microservice-PP interface in Commissioning.
