Add the debian package build files as well as the debian files that are needed to build it.

@ShivamVashisth28, please:

  • amend the commit message to something like add debian package or whatever better describes what you're doing
  • add documentation (README. md)
  • update added debian package files lunatik#269 with this as submodule
  • explain how to test your changes

I did not understand the third point . Submodule just like the lua and klibc submodules in the Lunatik project?

For the testing purpose :-

  1. We need the two packages ( dkms and the normal) (.deb)
  2. Use the sudo dpkg -i packge_name command to install them
  3. Then test the working of lunatik

This repository will be eventually added as asubmodule to the lunatik repo. You may choose to update luainkernel/lunatik#269 or create a new PR in the future

BTW, if you think this PR here is deprecate, please go ahead and close it. We can focus on #2 from now on.
