Added a check in manual.py to warn and exit if the ConvNext model is used, similar to the existing XFeat check. Reduced the subprocess timeout in test_e2e.py from 600 to 120 seconds to speed up test execution.

couple (convnext) models crash often on windows - possibly worth exploring more
