I'm on a mission to transform research, data science, and AI through open source/science, community building, and inclusivity.

  • 🚧 Co-founded OLS (Open Life Science) in 2019, which has delivered 11 cohorts of the Open Seeds training and mentoring programme, engaging 700 international open practitioners
  • 🛠 As a recognised expert, provided consultations, training and fundamental resources for 100+ open science and open source initiatives and their communities
  • 💪 Co-led The Turing Way and established the first Research Community Management (RCM) team at the Alan Turing Institute - currently serve in The Turing Way Steering Committee and is a founding director of RCM Cooperative
