command
azcopyonly supports storage type BLOB by default. Support for DFS is marked as feature, even it worked before with an older version of azcopy. See: Azure/azure-storage-azcopy#2387This PR makes sure that even when azure storage type is not BLOB, the command with azcopy is executed as BLOB.
